Within Australia we use Australia Post and Star Track Express, depending on the item purchased. Both of these services require your signature on delivery and are traceable. For international deliveries we use FEDEX which also require signature on delivery and are traceable.

All items will be insured ‘in transit’ until it is received by the purchaser for goods up to $20,000. For higher value shipments, over $20,000 a customer service consultant will contact you before dispatch and discuss the shipping requirements.

International Shipping – Customs, Duties & Taxes:

Prior to receiving your Rosendorff order, the customs office of the destination country may apply customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges. Customs policies and prices vary depending on the country you have requested Rosendorff to ship to. Please contact your local Customs office for further information. All charges/fees/taxes required for customs clearance in the destination Country will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Of course you will also have the opportunity to collect your purchase in person at our Rosendorff Showroom at 677 Hay Street Mall, Perth. This choice will be offered to you during checkout.

Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order if shipped within Australia. Items on special order may take longer – please allow up to 6 weeks in which case one of our experts will communicate with you.

A Rosendorff representative is available to assist you from 10:00am to 4:00pm AWST Monday to Friday.

  • You can track your order by logging onto http://www.startrack.com.au/ and access the track and trace function. You will require the consignment or reference number which we will communicate with you.

Shipment of Items:

Each item will be placed in either a soft fabric pouch or jewellery box tucked inside the distinctive Rosendorff red gift bag.

Returns:

All Sale Jewellery items may not be returned. Orders are a final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange or credit.

Cancellations of Orders:

If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact our Rosendorff Customer Specialist at customer.service@rosendorffs.com . We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Delays may occur. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped.

Every attempt is made to ensure our online catalogue is as accurate and complete as possible. With the volume of orders we receive an item may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options.

We do not negotiate prices on our products and all our prices are final.

In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, colour and size may vary slightly.

  1. Sale price of 50% off is only valid across selected stock.
  2. The discount is taken off the ticket price at checkout.
  3. Rosendorff reserves the right to withhold any item from the sale if the description of that item does not match the description on our data system which has resulted due to error.
  4. Offer excludes custom orders, custom designs, custom makes, repairs, alterations, services, gift vouchers, credit notes, insurance claims, existing lay-bys and online items unless specified.
  5. Alterations, repairs and valuations will be charged at normal Rosendorff rates.
  6. Certain items cannot be altered and/or resized and hence Rosendorff will not be required to provide the client with an exact fitting jewellery item.
  7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  8. Items purchased during this period cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  9. Payment can be made via e-Way, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners). Full bank clearance must occur before the goods can be shipped and deemed the property of the customer. No laybys on Sale stock.
  10. Payments by credit cards will incur the following surcharges:
